I had a pleasant stay at the Hilton Park Vienna earlier this month. In terms of accessibility, the hotel is located next to the Stadtpark and offers a direct connection to the airport, if you choose to travel by train. If you prefer private transfer, the drive from the airport to the hotel takes around 25 minutes. There are also other transport options—such as buses and trams—that allow you to reach any part of the city. Additionally, restaurants, bars, and various shops are just a few minutes' walk away. St. Stephen's Cathedral is less than 1 km away and can be reached on foot in 12–14 minutes. As for the accommodation, I booked a King Guest Room. It was a truly delightful experience. It began at check-in, where Marnix welcomed me and provided detailed information about the hotel's services and facilities. Carla assisted me with any needs or questions, always demonstrating a great professionalism. A special thank you to Susi whose exceptional hospitality and warmth made my stay memorable. About the the room: it was clean and quiet, all amenities functioned properly and the housekeeping staff was very discreet. The buffet breakfast at the Lenz restaurant was excellent. We were offered a wide variety of hot dishes, fresh fruit and vegetables, juices, cereals, and pastries, and the coffee was fantastic. I appreciated the cleanliness and the staff's attentiveness to every guest. Overall, I am very happy with my choice and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip Vienna. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

What started as a little reservation confusion at check-in turned into one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had—and that’s entirely thanks to the Hilton team. There was a third-party booking mistake that caused some confusion when we arrived, but the next morning the Hilton reservations team stepped up, took care of it, and completely turned the experience around. That kind of service is exactly why I keep coming back to Hilton. They didn’t just fix a problem—they made the rest of our stay absolutely magical. 👏 And the hotel itself? WOW. The location is fantastic for exploring Vienna, and I loved everything about the property—the beautiful decor, the atmosphere, the breakfast, the comfort and especially the Executive Lounge with its own patio! ☀️🥂 I’ve stayed at a lot of Hiltons, and that lounge patio was such a standout. I normally book Hilton because it’s my old faithful. I know I’m going to get clean, comfortable, safe and reliable—and that peace of mind is priceless when you’re travelling. But Hilton Vienna Park has officially raised the bar. For years, my favourite Hilton was Amsterdam. Well… sorry Amsterdam, Vienna just stole your crown! 👑 Celebrating my birthday in Vienna at this hotel made the trip even more special, and I couldn’t be happier that we chose to stay here. Beautiful hotel. Incredible location. Fantastic amenities. And a team that knows how to turn a problem into a positive. If you’re visiting Vienna, stay here.|Hilton for the stay. 1000%. ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Vienna Park. The location is perfect, close to the city center and public transport, making it easy to explore Vienna. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The service was excellent throughout our stay, and everything was well organized. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for families and anyone visiting Vienna!

Unforgettable 3-night stay at Hilton Vienna Park! I just completed a wonderful 3-night stay at Hilton Vienna Park. The location is absolutely perfect, making it so easy to explore the city. The room was incredibly comfortable—the bed, cozy bedding, and luxurious pillows ensured a great night's sleep every single night. Most importantly, I want to express my deepest gratitude to the team for preparing a sweet little surprise for my daughter's birthday. It made her day so special! What a beautiful hotel. A wonderful greeting and check in from Maisam. Great location very central. Room is spacious and has all the amenities you will need, the bed is so comfy. Great facilities at the hotel with a gym & sauna. Breakfast has so much choice, home made smoothies and an egg station. All staff are so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Vienna Park and would highly recommend it. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the view was absolutely amazing. The location is perfect for exploring Vienna, with everything easily accessible. A special thank you to Meghrig from Reception, who made my stay even more enjoyable. We stayed at the Hilton Vienna Park for seven nights (June 2–10, 2026) and were thoroughly satisfied with every aspect of our stay. It far exceeded our expectations. [Facilities]: The room was impeccably maintained, spacious, and beautifully designed — a perfect blend of modern comfort and classic elegance. The air conditioning and soundproofing were excellent, ensuring absolute peace and quiet even though the hotel is right in the heart of the city. [Location]: You simply can't beat this location. The hotel is steps away from the city centre, right next to a metro station, and within easy walking distance to St. Stephen's Cathedral, the Musikverein, and Belvedere Palace — truly ideal for both sightseeing and shopping. [Service]: This is where the hotel truly shines. The staff embody the very essence of warm, gentlemanly service. From the smooth and efficient check-in, to the concierge team going above and beyond to secure a restaurant reservation for us — every interaction felt genuine and effortless. A very special mention must go to Valerie, who handled an issue we had with our room on the very same day. She not only arranged a room move swiftly but also upgraded our room free of charge. Her promptness, professionalism, and genuine care truly touched us and made us feel thoroughly looked after throughout our stay. In summary: This is a hotel that masterfully combines old-world charm with modern sophistication. The hardware is excellent, but the service is even better. Worth every penny and highly recommended to anyone visiting Vienna — I know I'll be returning here on my next trip.

Really enjoyed my trip here. Pros: beautiful park view location, immaculately kept throughout, modern rooms, strong Wi‑Fi & very helpful front‑desk/housekeeping team. Bed extremely comfortable. A few small touches could be upgraded but overall excellent standards — reliable Hilton quality & great value for city centre. Would happily book again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐½
