Great stay! The staff were very nice and helpful, and the location was fantastic—just opposite Suntec. You can even walk there if you're okay with the heat. I usually took a Grab to MBS, which was quick and convenient. Everything was excellent overall. The only small drawback was that the outside of the hotel looked a little dated since it's a renovated older building, but that didn't bother me at all. I would happily stay here again.

27 May 2026 We had lunch at Peppermint and, as always, were impressed by the wide selection of buffet offerings. This was not our first visit, as we dine at Peppermint several times each year and consistently enjoy the experience. During our visit, the buffet featured a delightful mix of Asian specialties alongside Italian selections, including a live pasta station and their signature homemade pizza station. We especially loved the freshly made pizzas, which were delicious and full of flavour. While I was standing at the Laksa station deciding what to try, Chef Hong approached me and patiently explained the dishes available at the buffet. He recommended several items, which we thoroughly enjoyed. His recommendations were excellent, and his knowledge, patience, and friendly personality made our dining experience even more memorable. The chefs at the live stations were also warm, welcoming, and always greeted guests with a smile. December 2025 We stayed at Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay for a year-end staycation and had a wonderful experience. The check-in staff were warm, friendly, and professional, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, making for a great start to the day. Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay Hotel remains our preferred choice for both accommodation and dining at Peppermint. The consistently excellent service, comfortable stay, and quality dining experiences keep us coming back.

Stayed at this hotel for a week during a business trip, and I honestly don’t know where to begin. From the moment I walked through the front door, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. This level of service extended throughout the hotel, from the reception team to the restaurant and bar staff. Everyone consistently made the stay feel comfortable and pleasant. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the the durian building. Despite being in a tropical climate, the room stayed cool and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. ❤️ The swimming pool is a good size for relaxing and cooling off, though it’s more suited for dipping than actual swimming since it’s only about 1.2 meters deep. Breakfast offered a wide selection of food, although it can start to feel repetitive during a longer stay, even with the rotating menu options. One of the highlights of the hotel is the lobby on the fourth floor. It has a very tropical atmosphere with lots of greenery. The lobby also has a few birds visiting in the morning (in a cage) to add the tropical feeling. The bird then return to their place later in the afternoon. Overall great experience!

Beautiful hotel with a unique garden-inspired design. Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay has a relaxing atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and excellent service. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is very convenient for exploring the Marina Bay area. Loved the greenery throughout the hotel and the spacious atrium. A great place for a staycation or a visit to Singapore. Would gladly stay here again!

Excellent Urban Oasis in the Heart of Singapore My stay at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Singapore was truly exceptional from start to finish. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between luxury, comfort, and sustainability, making it a standout choice in the city. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable bedding and modern amenities that made it easy to relax after a long day. I especially appreciated the natural light and the overall calm, resort‑like atmosphere despite being in the city center. Service was outstanding throughout the stay. Every staff member I interacted with was warm, attentive, and professional, always ready to help with a smile. Check‑in and check‑out were smooth and efficient, which made a great first and last impression. The facilities are a real highlight. The swimming pool area feels like a tropical retreat, and the gym is well‑equipped and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of high‑quality options catering to both local and international tastes. Stellar experience :) We hosted our banquet here and was attended to by our lovely wedding specialist Eileen Pey. We appreciate her patient and really prompt responses to our questions, professionalism, even helping us with additional services when she noticed we were struggling to decide on some aspects of our banquet. We could tell she genuinely wanted the best for her couples! Darrell was our banquet manager on the day. He was really attentive to us, helped run our event smoothly, briefing us before key moments and ensuring that we were fully prepared before heading into the ballroom. He was light-hearted and made jokes so that we could relax and enjoy every moment of our event. Of course the AV manager Tarmizi who helped us out from our AV testing day, and also assisting on our event with our AV coordinators so that our videos could play smoothly :) Room was amazing, clean and comfortable. Amenities were well maintained and we loved our yummy breakfast in the room 😆 Experience was a 10/10 and would highly recommend anyone to hold their event here , you'll be in good hands! :-)

Adam from collection club is one of the most dedicated, committed and highest excellent hospitality we met during our stay. When we arrived at lounge wanting to check in but as we unable to access initially hence decided to head to reception. We actually walked away like 10 meters but Adam came out and called us if we need help and eventually he shown great initiative to ensure we are well taken care of and his signature drink which ignite our start of staycation to highly memorable. Simon from collection club always attentive to our needs and ensure a smooth check out which are grateful. Simon and Adam both are truly deserving staffs for promotion, bonuses as they carries the brand of this luxury establishment above expectations and they always go beyond their duties to ensure our staycation truly enjoyable. Urban suite luxuriously designed with space and we love Bacha coffee which included in our room. In room dinning food especially Hokkien mee is our favorite and we ate it two days in a row. Highly recommended to travellers and family. Thanks Adam and Simon once again always being there for us during our staycation.

I stayed at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay during a solo business trip to Singapore, mainly because I had meetings around Marina Bay Sands. The location was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, along with the Halal certified breakfast buffet and its close proximity to nearby train stations. The reception area is located on Level 4, and the moment I arrived, I was genuinely impressed by the interior design. The concept reminds me a little of Gardens by the Bay, with greenery integrated beautifully throughout the building. The space feels modern, calming and extremely photogenic. Check in and check out can both be done online, which made the process very convenient. During check in, I was assisted by Yarik, who was incredibly friendly and thoughtful. He arranged a room facing Marina Bay Sands, which I truly appreciated. Small gestures like that make a stay feel more personal. The room itself was spacious for a solo traveller. Everything was very clean, and I especially enjoyed the bathtub and toiletries. Another highlight for me was the in room coffee selection. The hotel provides different coffee strengths ranging from mild to very strong, and as someone who enjoys coffee, I genuinely loved that detail. I also visited the hotel gym. It is not particularly large, but still adequate. Since I am an Anytime Fitness (AF) member, I ended up walking to the nearby Suntec City AF branch for my workout, which was very convenient. The hotel is also within walking distance of Promenade MRT Station and Esplanade MRT Station, roughly five minutes away. It is also close to the Merlion Park, making it easy for me to cross over for a morning jog. Breakfast was excellent, with a huge selection of food. I honestly wished I had more time to try everything. One thing I particularly enjoyed was the blended juice with ginger and cinnamon. On checkout day, I had a meeting scheduled at 2pm and initially requested a late checkout until 1pm, but was informed by Lydia that the hotel was fully booked. Later around 11am, I called from my room and explained my situation, and thankfully the late checkout was approved. During checkout, Yi Quan assisted me professionally, so thank you. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The location, cleanliness, thoughtful service and especially the Halal certified breakfast made the stay highly satisfying. I would gladly stay here again for future Singapore trips.
