Ruiny Pałacu w Daszowie
On a quiet street in the Lower Silesian village of Daszów, the Ruins of Daszów Palace stand as the weathered shell of a seat once occupied by some of the region's most storied noble families. Built as a manor in the early 17th century and rebuilt in grand Baroque form in the 1720s, the L-shaped residence passed through the Tschammer and later the Saurma-Jeltsch estates before slipping into decay after 1945. Today it is a freely visible, roofless landmark where exposed brick walls, a columned entrance portal and an old landscape park tell the story of a Silesian country estate at its most atmospheric.
