Very nice hotel, close to the sea (although you need to walk about 10-15 mins to a nicer beach). Spacious rooms, beautiful swimming pool, spa, fitness, good variety for breakfast, friendly helpful staff. Outside parking behind the gate. I would not recommend it to people with limited mobility though. The hotel itself is on the hill and there are also stairs within the hotel itself.

Very good location, 3 or 4 hotels connected , hotel on the hill and there is need to climb the stairs or go around to enter it. For elderly might be an issue, the same from Hotel Neptun reaching pools. Reservation table very informative and helpful, clean and spacy hall. I got room on top 6 floor and due to hot weather the AC was working very poorly and all 3 night it was very difficult to sleep. Breakfast included and quite good, vary, but the same each morning. Parking for the car expensive - 15 Eur per day, additional city tax and tourist tax applied. There were no any water in a room or tea, coffee set . In the pool area no drinking water available as well, as the water in pools from see and very salty you want to drink very soon and need to go to WC only, even if they have some bar space it was not working. The bar in the hotel lobby not working as well or only some 1-2 hours in evening, you will not get coffee or bier during entire day, drinking water available only from wending machine. Maybe the concept of the hotel is but it reminds more like boarding house or sanatorium

Rooms vere nice, a little old but clean, spacious and comfortable. Location is very nice... the spa is very nice also. But sadly, the restaurant is incredibly bad. Breakfast was okay-had a lot different food but you have to be very lucky to just get a glass for the drinks because they just don"t have enough. Dinner on the other hand was a disaster-very little food to choose from, almost no side dishes, poorly made, all food except pasta looked like it was dropped in water. Also Parking is 12€ per day for what-you pay for the hotel (not very cheap) and also bath robe for the spa is 6€ per day.

We stayed in this hotel as a family of 3. We got a nice family room, lots of space, nice bathroom, big balcony (not a nice view though). The first day we arrived there was no free parking space outside of hotel (which costs 5eur per day), so we had to park near by which costed us 18eur per day! This hotel has a problem with parking space. The receptionist lady (middle aged with glasses) was not kind. Breakfast was ok, but I expected a little bit more of choices for a 4 star hotel. Dinner was very delicious and staff in restaurant very kind, especially lady who was there to welcome guests. Pools are nice, water was warm. It was nice and relaxing there. Bathing suit is extra charge (what a joke for a 4* hotel!). All in all it is ok hotel, but in my opinion certainly not worth the money we paid for it. We have been in much better for that price.

Decent hotel with a little bit outdated rooms, only 1-2 electric outlets in room. This hotel has few strange policies. We paid extra for a dinner in hotel too, but we didn’t have any drinks included with dinner - not even water. You have to pay extra for drinks. Most of hotels give you bathrobe for free but here you have to pay 6€ to rent one. 5-6 hotels are connected so getting to your room can feel like you’re trapped in a maze. Also parking is strange. Small parking next to hotel was full so we had to park our cars on parking that was 2 kilometers away. Employee of hotel led us to parking and that drove us back to hotel. Price is 5€ per day outside of season. I would come back to this hotel just for pools with thermal water (included in price of the room).

The hotel is a bit dated. The wifi only works sporadically, the furniture is old and the coffee bad. But on the upside the rooms and pool/wellness area is large and it‘s 2 mins away from the sea. They also have a bike storage facility. Parking is quite expensive EUR 15/18 per day. They have a good selection fir breakfast and dinner but the presentation of the food could be better.

Have to disagree with some of the negative reviews. If you have limited mobility & struggle with steps, this hotel isn't for you. Otherwise it is a lovely hotel, big spacious clean rooms, good choice of breakfast, brilliant pools. If you want luxury try the pricy Kempinsky next door!

Large rooms, not far from the beach (we had room with sea view). Pools and sauna park are at the Terme Portoroz. Breakfast could be a little bit better but the staff is kind. Parking is nearby against surcharge. A huge selection of massages and treatments.
