One of the best hotels I have stayed at (and I have stayed in many). Great location for airport and city. The rooms were clean and spacious with staff that were so professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was great and competitively priced along with drinks. The public rooms were clean and pleasant to sit and enjoy a drink or conversation. Breakfast was plenty full with staff clearing plates and topping up the great selection of food that was available in the buffet. Thank you for a fantastic staycation-we will certainly return.

The hotel looks lovely on the ground floor and loved the marble throughout the hotel. Sadly some of the rooms are very dated and could do with a refurb. The bar area was really nice and has a great selection of screens to watch the sport. The breakfast sadly was really poor. Not a great selection of cooked items and what was on offer was lukewarm at best. Good selection of fresh meats and cheeses though. On the website we booked on it was classed as 5 star. Id have said 3.5 at best. Enjoyable and not bad value if you scored it as a 3.5 ⭐ hotel.

Booked the single room. Spacious bathroom despite the small room size, breakfast was great each day with a bit of variety between days. Room had some scratches on the wall from previous guest use but nothing major. Located near a metro station, a park, and a mall—very convenient

Stayed on a bed and breakfast basis for 4 nights |Location is a bit out but Ubers were cheap and plentiful and journey short to centre, this did not bother us The location is quiet, good blackout curtains and soundproofed windows. Standard Room we were allocated was spacious as was the bathroom. Bed comfortable with good a/c and a peaceful sleep. There are bars and restaurants a short walk from the hotel which we visited on a couple of evenings after a busy day sightseeing. Breakfast good with selection of hot and cold items |Staff were friendly and helpful in their recommendations |WiFi good No issues at all Special thank you for recognising a birthday with a bottle of bubbles and small cake 💕😀 greatly appreciated and enjoyed. We would stay here again and recommend

I stayed there with my SIL for 5 nights. Starting from the reception, to the cleaning ladies, to the servers at breakfast, everybody is professional, friendly, and eager to help. We had 2 unusual situations we needed help with, and the Reception jumped through hoops to help us. The hotel is clean, close to subway, breakfast was super good and had variety. The room was great with comfy beds, and the bathroom was quite big with bathtub and shower. They offer water bottles daily for free. I drink only sparkling, and they had each evening a bottle of cold sparkling water ready for me. Our favourite place was the hotel sitting area, right from the lobby, with a historic vibe and classy setup where we spent our evenings with cocktails in our hand. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends, and will return if and when life brings me back to Lisbon

Staying at the Hotel Real Palácio in Lisbon was a genuinely delightful experience. While it is marketed as a five-star property, I found it is best enjoyed with the expectation of a high-end four-star hotel. The service is attentive and personal, the rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, and the overall atmosphere is sophisticated yet welcoming. Its location is a major highlight, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood that feels serene, yet it remains perfectly positioned to easily reach the city's vibrant attractions. If you are looking for a refined, reliable, and charming home base in Lisbon without the pretension of a ultra-luxury establishment, this hotel hits the sweet spot perfectly.

had a fantastic experience at the front desk. [Yasmin] was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, even offering great recommendations for local dining around the area. They made a stressful travel day so much easier with their quick and efficient check-in process. Highly recommend!"

This is by far the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. On the very first day of our stay, both the bathtub and the sink were completely clogged. (The bathtub drain stopper was stuck, so the drain control knob didn’t work. )We couldn’t even take a shower or wash up. The next day, we asked the front desk to send someone to fix it. They used what was basically a toilet plunger to suck all the disgusting filth out of both drains. The whole process was revolting. I honestly can’t imagine anyone seeing that and still wanting to soak in that bathtub. Even after they finished, I told them the water was still draining very slowly. They promised they would come back later for a proper deep repair, but no one ever showed up. To make things even worse, when we returned that night, the key card that had been left in the room to keep the electricity on had disappeared, and someone had left a dirty cleaning rag on our sink. Is this really a five-star hotel? I’ve had better experiences in two-star and three-star hotels. This level of cleanliness, maintenance, and service is completely unacceptable. I strongly recommend that nobody stay here.
