This place is a WOW. The most impressive feature is outstanding customer service everywhere. The rooms are beautiful - each one is unique and has a story of the place it represents. The restaurants are fantastic - everything is delicious. Great amenities - large indoor pool and a small but picturesque rooftop pool. Great area to walk around in - lots of restaurants, food trucks and key landmarks around. Highly recommend.

My wife and I recently had a wonderful stay at Altis Belém and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very modern, with a balcony overlooking the Tagus River – the perfect place to relax and enjoy the stunning waterfront views. The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring Belém’s cultural attractions, with excellent bus and tram connections providing easy access to central Lisbon and the rest of the city. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service. Every member of staff was welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Hugo, Ricardo, Pedro, Iris, Maura, and Alessandro, who all contributed to making our visit so memorable. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of hot and cold dishes and traditional Portuguese pastries. The waterfront bar and restaurant were equally impressive, offering high-quality dining in a beautiful setting overlooking the river. A particularly memorable moment came on our final morning. After mentioning how much we had enjoyed the hotel’s coffee throughout our stay, Hugo very kindly surprised us with a gift of the coffee to take home. It was such a thoughtful and generous gesture and perfectly reflected the hospitality we experienced from the entire team. Thank you to everyone at Altis Belém for such a fantastic stay. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Iris and the staff at breakfast are amazing. I was here for several nights and by the third morning they were bringing me things I like without me needing to ask. Everyone is smiley and cheerful. I love that the hotel is on the river, it’s a beautiful location. But breakfast has been the best part of my visit.

We finished our trip to Portugal there. It was a wonderful place, well located, full of commodities. The staff was smiley and kind. Breakfast was fresh, varied and tasty. We were lucky to benefit from a free upgrade of our room. The only issue was air conditioning in the room. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

We stayed 2 nights in Altis Belem. It is a great base to explore Lisbon. Belem is on your doorstep and there’s an easy tram into the city. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel bar is situated right on the riverfront. Great for watching the sunset with a drink! The staff were all welcoming and helpful. We will definitely return.

We had a great stay at the Altis Belem. The staff, shout out to Ema, David, Antonio and Renato, were very pleasant and helpful, as well as being informative about the region and local highlights. They made my wife very comfortable with her first trip to Europe. The room was very well appointed. As it turns out, each room is slightly different in that the rooms are named after a particular region in Africa or the Americas, based on the colonization's of the Portuguese in the 1,500's. That was rather interesting. The spa area was very good with an indoor pool, steam room and sauna. We did not get to use the rooftop pool as it was a little cool during our time.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars|We had a wonderful stay at Altis Belém Hotel and couldn’t fault the service. It’s a gorgeous hotel, but what really stood out was how friendly, attentive and professional all the staff were.|The breakfast staff were amazing — so attentive, polite and welcoming. A special mention to Hugo, who remembered our order from the day before and was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. He was such a lovely, professional gentleman and really made us feel looked after. The concierge team were also extremely helpful, attentive and friendly.|We also had a massage in the spa, which was a wonderful experience. The masseuses were highly skilled, friendly and professional, and it was the perfect way to relax.|Overall, a beautiful hotel with fantastic staff who genuinely go above and beyond. We would absolutely stay here again.|5⭐️ — highly recommended!

We have had a wonderful stay here at Altis Belém, beautiful surroundings our room had a perfect view too over looking the marina, very spacious clean rooms and comfy bed! The staff were all very helpful friendly and couldn’t do any more than they did for you! The extra special treat they did for my husbands birthday in our room made our stay feel very special! Thank you 🤩
