Fantastic location. Easy walk to the station. Easy walk to Himeji Castle. Staff are very nice, extremely helpful. Will hold luggage. Free breakfast is great but not many vegetarian options. Room was very clean but small (not unusual in Japanese hotels). Would definitely stay again.

Quick check in process. Clean and no frills room. Breakfast was provided. Location was good, walkable to restaurants and shopping streets. Not a lot of hotel parking available.

We had a nice simple stay. A key hack is to book a room with two beds if you want more space. You will pay more but IMO it’s worth it. The staff were incredibly helpful and on point. Everything was organized smoothly. 2 negatives. The first day there was a woman camped out in the lounge that likely was not a hotel guest. I empathise with those who are down on their luck but this person kept talking and was disruptive. Second, the bed and linens are really not acceptable. The pillow was horrid. Worst pillow in a long time. The bed was hard. Linens were polyester or some such synthetic material. I didn’t sleep well.

I stayed 3 nights at the hotel. I could lock my bike agaibst a pole outside. The buffet style breakfast was very good.

We stayed here for one night. The hotel is about a 5-10 from Himeiji Station. The check in process went smoothly and the young lady who checked us in was helpful and kind. The room was on the smaller side of a typical Japanese hotel with the standard amenities (hairdryer, kettle, etc.). However the bed was not particularly comfortable as the pillows were very flat. The bathroom was also up a very steep step so it may be difficult if you have mobility concerns. Overall the room was clean and functional but very basic. We liked that the hotel included breakfast at no additional cost. The breakfast was served off of the lobby area and there was a decent variety of food. The staff here were also very attentive and friendly. Overall, we would recommend this to single or couple travellers looking for a basic yet reliable hotel with good service. However, if you are staying as a large group or have mobility issues you may want to reconsider.

Hotel is old but very clean. I can see they have changed many things like the shower head. However would like to suggest changing new bedsheets too as the micro fabric is flying around often. Light is pure white too which is a bit intimidating at night. Breakfast was simple but included for free in my room plan when booked on rakuten. Not the closest to the station, but it is nicer compared to other hotels at this price range. There is a 7-11 right beside it and a shopping mall called Terasso with MaxValu grocer nearby too.

Well located, non smoking. Very busy but a pleasant stay. rooms are very small better suited to single travellers.
