Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is included, but really below par. We chose to have breakfast at various great spots in the area. Rooms are neat, clean but basic.

Nothing is worth the price of this hotel, except for the location. The rooms are dark. AC is super loud. Rooms smell musty. I was not able to sleep at all. Totally depressive hotel

I really wanted to love this hotel. It has some good things about it. Our room had a separate area with sofa, sink, fridge and counter with some dishes supplied. This was really handy. To have a separate area to sit is nice in case one person is an early riser. Breakfast was simple but good. The front desk was very helpful in calling taxis and in my case, recommending a doctor as I was ill. For your information I went to Clinica Campeche, a private clinic not far away. Paid $440p to see doctor who gave me the prescriptions I needed. There were 2 beds crammed into the room, a queen would be better, you can barely get at the closet. The pillows were rock hard and we had trouble sleeping on them. The AC was very loud when it kicked in, the fridge also made a lot of noise. Hot water in the shower was plentiful. The hotel needs to do some mechanical maintenance. I would not stay in the hotel again because of the pillows and noise.

This is really a bad choice of hotels, and we have stayed all over Mexico in this same class of hotel. This is one of the worst regarding value or comfort for the price. The breakfast is a joke. The AC is either on HIGH or non- existent. Most of all the staff from the front desk to the restaurant are totally indifferent and unfriendly. The only good thing about this hotel is that the housekeeping ladies were nice. Go somewhere else where your business may be appreciated. Also, there is NO elevator. We are in our 70s and no one on checking or checkout offer to lend a hand with our bags. There were three young women just sitting watching us schleppe our bags. This is interesting, when out taxi arrived on our departing suddenly a hotel man appeared to scuttle our bags we had brought down the stairs to the lobby. He rolled them to the front door. He wanted a tip and like suckers we gave him one ... just to not look like rude tourists.

I dont get how this is a 4 star hotel, the reception looks good but as soon as you enter your room you see that it doesnt deserve its rating, the sheets were stained in 2 out of 3 rooms we used, the AC is either on or off so you can choose between tropical heat or freezing cold, the rooms felt very old and the windows in most rooms offered only a view on walls, the tap in the bathroom literally sprayed the water everywhere when turned on and the room offered a fridge with nothing inside. the good things were that the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good aswell, eventhough i would strongly advise not to visit this hotel

The hotel is located in a beautiful part of the city, it has charm and the staff is very friendly. However, I walked into my room and there was multiple issues. No hot water for showers, the tv has spots, and several things in the room are stained or broken. I would have over looked everything but 8 am in the morning, there was hammering. It woke my family up and we were unable to go back to sleep. I guess what bugs me is that for the same price I could have stayed somewhere else, but I was taken by the good reviews.

This is not a four-star hotel, it might truly be a two-star hotel, but a damn good two-star. It's a fairly straightforward, no-frills operation, but it's clean, it has A/C in every room, though it may be noisy, and there is a restaurant on premises, small though it is. What it has most of all is a great location, less than 10 minutes walk from the square and 5 minutes from the seafront. Yeah, the bed is not the most comfortable in the world but it's not the worst I've experienced in a hotel. There is hot water in the shower, a fridge a safe, and cable TV with a few English language channels. The parking under the hotel is a little bonus for those who can fit their car in it.

Nice place. The hotel is clean and the AC worked well for February. Safe deposit box worked well. The bathroom/toilet in Rm. 303 was small. WiFi never worked for me. For what I paid I’m happy. Breakfast was pretty basic. The staff were friendly and arranged a cab to the airport and opened the onsite restaurant a little early. I thought that was nice.
