Excellent Stay Had a really pleasant stay at The Quarters by UHG. The hotel has a great balance of comfort, style and convenience, making it a very enjoyable place to stay. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. What stood out most was the friendly and attentive service from the team especially Ander. He was super helpful and professional, which made the stay feel particularly seamless. Overall, a great experience and definitely a place I would be happy to return to. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

I had a good week stay here. Buffet breakfast was full with many options. Rooms was clean and spacious (they upgraded my room for me) good AC and water pressure. Convenience store on bottom floor with everything you may need. Guest welcomed. Good location walking distance to Lumbini park and BTS. Good western restaurants near by and alleys have local Thai food vendors. Would stay again. Roof top pool was nice and little gym did the job for the week.

The hotel was good overall, but there were a few issues during our stay. The room cleaning could have been better — the trash was not taken out, and there were long hairs left in the room.The quality of the pillows was also not very satisfying. Some pillows felt old and lumpy, while another one was too hard and too big.Everything else was satisfactory. Breakfast was good, and the pool was nice as well. However, the jacuzzi area was confusing because we couldn’t figure out how to turn it on, and the hydromassage didn’t seem to work from the buttons.We really liked the smell of the hygiene products — the shampoo, shower gel, and soap were very pleasant. The service was friendly, and the matcha tea downstairs was excellent.

My recent stay at The Quarter Phloen Chit was wonderful and met my expectations. This hotel strikes the balance between modern comfort and convenience, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. The Room: I was very impressed with my room. It was stylish, spacious, and impeccably clean. The design is contemporary with thoughtful touches, and the bed was incredibly comfortable – I slept like a log every night. The windows let in plenty of natural light, and it was just a very pleasant and relaxing space to come back to after a day of exploring. The Amenities: The pool is a nice highlight! It’s a beautiful, serene oasis on the 8th floor, perfect for a refreshing morning swim or a relaxing dip in the afternoon with a great view of the city skyline. The gym is equally good – well-equipped, modern, and air-conditioned, making it easy to stick to my workout routine. The Location: This is where the hotel truly shines. The Phloen Chit BTS station is literally a 2-minute walk away, making the entire city accessible without the hassle of traffic. It’s in a lovely, upscale neighborhood with great cafes, restaurants, and the embassies nearby, yet the vibrant energy of Sukhumvit is just a short ride away. Perfectly situated! Overall, The Quarter Phloen Chit offers fantastic value. The staff were consistently friendly and professional, the facilities are top-notch, and the location couldn’t be better for getting around Bangkok. I left feeling refreshed and would not hesitate to book here again on my next visit. Highly recommended

The service team upon arrival on 03/07 was great, they helped with the room issue and even gave complimentary upgrade due to us celebrating my birthday & our wedding anniversary during our length of stay. The room is very comfortable, even gave coupons for free fruit juice when we Opt to Go Green by not changing our linens for that day. A great stay throughout! Will definitely come back again! Thank you for the great stay.

The room was clean, and the staff were very helpful and attentive. I was not disappointed with my stay. The hotel is about 600 metres from the BTS, which is quite convenient. There are massage shops and convenience stores around the hotel, which makes the stay even more convenient. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would come back again if I have the chance. The security guard seemed a little strict, but overall everything was good.

: I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. When we arrived, I waited nearly 30 minutes for the security guard to help park my car, but no one showed up. Eventually, the security guard arrived, and he appeared to be heavily intoxicated. The smell of alcohol was very strong, and I felt uncomfortable and even a little unsafe speaking with him. After that, I went to the reception desk and waited for approximately 25 minutes, but there was no staff member there. It was around 12:20 AM on July 25, 2026. I searched for the reception staff but couldn’t find anyone. I eventually went outside and found the receptionist smoking, so I had to call him to come back inside. We were four guests staying in two rooms, and we were originally planning to stay for several more nights. However, because of the extremely poor service, we decided not to continue our stay. For your information, I live in Thailand, and we booked this hotel simply to have a change from our daily routine at home. Unfortunately, this will be the last time we ever stay here. The service was extremely poor, especially the night shift. I honestly don’t understand how a security guard can be on duty while apparently intoxicated. His behavior and the strong smell of alcohol made the situation very unpleasant and concerning. I do not recommend this hotel to families. It was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.

We stayed here for 2 nights and honestly, we could have easily stayed 3. We had a Deluxe Corner (no kitchen) room (701), which I highly recommend. Being a corner room, it had plenty of natural light, but thanks to the curtains, it was easy to make the room properly dark when needed. Everything in the room worked perfectly – no issues with water pressure, no waiting for hot water, and the air conditioning was effective without being too aggressive. The room itself was spacious enough, with a table and chairs, so it was comfortable even for just relaxing indoors. Cleanliness was absolutely fine, and the bed was very comfortable. I’ve seen some reviews mentioning that the furniture feels a bit older – my partner said the same – but personally, I found it completely fine. Nothing felt worn out or broken, everything worked as it should. At most, a light refresh (like reupholstering) could be considered, but definitely no urgent renovation needed. The location is very good – close to BTS Phloen Chit, with Central Embassy nearby for high-end shopping. Within about a 30-minute walk, you can also reach Big C. The area itself is more about modern Bangkok – hotels, nightlife, and shopping malls rather than traditional sightseeing – but it’s still a must-see part of the city in its own way. Just a short walk from the hotel, there’s a large 7-Eleven, which turned out to be very convenient – you can even find relatively fresh and “healthier” food options there. We didn’t try the hotel restaurant, but the prices looked reasonable. We always felt completely safe in the area. Breakfast was excellent – a wide selection of both European and Asian options, including an egg station. There was also fresh fruit every day (papaya, dragon fruit, watermelon, etc.), and some variety between days, which we appreciated. The staff – as is typical in Thailand – were fantastic. Very friendly, professional, and with great English. The pool is on the smaller side (which we already knew when booking), but we always managed to find space. It really depends on other guests – some stay for a short time, others occupy it for hours. The gym is located next to the pool, smaller but sufficient for a short stay. Price-wise, we found it to be a very good choice. The only real downside during our stay was construction work on the nearby road. Since we had a corner room, the noise was quite intense – sometimes until around 2 AM. On the second night, the hotel staff managed to get the construction team to finish earlier (around 12:30 AM), which we appreciated. Overall, this hotel is ideal for couples and shorter stays in Bangkok rather than longer holidays. Despite the noise issue, we would definitely consider staying here again.
