Extraordinary service at Como Metropolitan and my all time favorite hotel. The property itself is stylish, the pool area is fabulous. What really stand out here is the staff though. Very few children and quite gay-friendly too. breakfast: The only area where they maybe could still improve. They do have a massive spread and à la carte dishes, the menu could be worked on further with more Thai options service: Outstanding! cleanliness: Very clean. They clean the rooms twice a day (turndown service) hotel location: It's a 10-15 minute walk from Sala Daeng BTS or Lumpini MRT. Lots of options in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at COMO Metropolitan Bangkok. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Maprang. She was very welcoming on arrival and took the time to show us around the hotel, which was a lovely introduction to the property. After a long journey, relaxing by the pool was the perfect way to spend our first afternoon in Bangkok. The atmosphere was calm and serene, a true urban oasis in the heart of the city. The restaurant recommendation we received was excellent and helped us discover a fantastic local dining experience. Breakfast was delicious, with the thoughtful and healthy COMO Shambhala touches that make this hotel group so special. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay.

Edit: My apologies. Did not mean to leave the text blank. We loved our stay at COMO Metropolitan Bangkok. The hotel felt calm, luxurious and peaceful, with friendly, competent staff and a great location for getting around Bangkok. Our Courtyard Suite was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel was a lovely retreat after busy days in the city. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel and poolside snacks, both of which were very good. The spa facial treatment was also very nice. A special mention goes to the concierge team, who arranged a fantastic private guided day trip to Maeklong Railway Market and the old and new weekend floating markets, including a dedicated van and private longtail boat. Overall, COMO was peaceful, well run, comfortable and beautifully suited to our Bangkok stay. We would happily return.

Our first stay in Como Metropolitan BKK is amazing! We were greeted by their friendly staff Richard (I would like to compliment him for his excellent service and his warm hospitality and welcome when we arrived made our stay an extraordinary one!) his positivity and professionalism made our stay a happy one! Food is good too! Even the staff at the pool is professional and cheerful. This hotel is indeed filled with positive vibes! We got upgraded to the pool view room and it was so big and clean! We were welcomed by many yummy treats in our room too! A Highly recommended hotel just that the location is slightly away from the central and the nearest mall is ONE BANGKOK.

I love staying at COMO Bangkok. The rooms are huge and comfortable, the breakfast is consistently great, and the free yoga class is such a nice bonus. It’s one of those hotels that makes me look forward to coming back every time I’m Bangkok

My favourite place to stay when I'm in Bangkok! It's a great blend of wellness and luxury together - but good value for money. I love the food at the cafe, there's a wellness menu if you like and breakfast is very, very good. You can have your standard egg and bacon or you can be healthy and have a smoothie bowl. One of BKK's best Thai restaurants Nahm is there as well so it's a great option to host friends or dine at. I appreciate the daily yoga classes at 8-9am which are complimentary - the teacher is very good and qualified! After yoga I get a steam or go for a swim before I heard into meetings. Service is also amazing, everyone is so friendly and they know your name. It is a very welcoming vibe. The GM is also fantastic and always says hello. I hope to stay longer next time so I can enjoy the spa - which is very well known. Tip: buy the shampoo and conditioner, its been a firm favourite for years.

Such a wonderful hotel to stay at! I love the wellness element - breakfast is amazing. You have a range of fruit, pastries, cooked dishes, that can be healthy or your standard eggs, bacon etc. They do fantastic wellness juices and great banana bread. I also appreciate the daily yoga class 8-9am which is complimentary. The teach is very good (I've done a couple of her classes) and its a great way to start the day. Plus there's a steam room. Service is also 5 stars, everyone from the doorman to reservations to the waiters are so warm and friendly. The GM Rohaan is great too - he has been there for many years and always says hello. I used to try different hotels in Bangkok but now I just stick to COMO :)

Beautifully understated, this is a genuinely chic hotel that feels luxurious without ever ostentatious. Every member of the team was exceptionally helpful and genuinely friendly. We couldn't recommend the hotel highly enough. A special thank you to Four at the concierge desk, whose recommendations were excellent. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped map out some fantastic experiences during our stay.
