⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding stay! The service here is absolutely amazing. All staff members are incredibly warm‑hearted and welcoming, always greeting us with smiles and patiently answering every question we had. Our suitcase lock was broken by force at the airport and we could not open the luggage. The hotel staff tried their best and managed to get our suitcase open for us, which saved us from huge trouble. We are really grateful for their help. The room is spotlessly clean and comfortable. Complimentary fruits and biscuits were provided upon arrival. We loved the stunning Nile River view from our balcony, and we slept really well throughout our stay. The breakfast offers great local Egyptian specialties. On one early morning when we needed to leave for the temple and could not make it for breakfast, the staff kindly prepared packed breakfast for us to take away. We had a wonderful overall experience. Every member of the team has such a great attitude. Highly recommended, and we would definitely come back！

The four of us spent a very pleasant evening here, enjoying the view of the Nile from the hotel’s terrace. The hotel staff were extremely warm and friendly, particularly Ms Murray at reception. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and we were treated to complimentary welcome fruit and biscuits. Breakfast was also excellent. All in all, I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The views are absolutely stunning, especially overlooking the Nile. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Aswan!

A wonderful place to enjoy the Nile views. Very comgortable hotel with a huge room. They wellcomed us with an upgrade to the suite. Staff is very helpful, they will help you with whatever you need. Our experience in Aswan improved with Basma Executive Club.

My stay at Basma Executive Club has been an absolutely delightful and memorable experience that far exceeded my expectations. The hotel facilities are immaculately clean and well-organized, every corner is tidy and well-maintained, bringing a sense of comfort and reassurance to all guests. What impressed me deeply is the thoughtful and exquisite Christmas decoration across the hotel—every arrangement is delicate and attentive, which creates a warm and festive atmosphere that makes us feel the full joy of the holiday season. Besides, all the hotel staff are incredibly friendly and approachable, with warm and enthusiastic smiles on their faces at all times; their sincere service attitude makes every guest feel welcomed and valued. The hotel’s stunning terrace and swimming pool area are truly a highlight. It offers a breathtaking view of the entire Nile River, especially the night view here is spectacular and mesmerizing, which is a feast for the eyes. What is even more pleasing is the optional Nile night cruise arranged by the hotel—this experience is so cozy and tranquil that it helps me find inner peace completely. The yacht for the cruise is equipped with brand-new facilities, and the seamless cooperation between the yacht team and the hotel is perfect, this thoughtful service option is such a pleasant surprise for every guest.

Nice room with great view of the city and Nile. Staff are very welcoming, attentive and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary fruit and snacks already in the room when check-in, and a minute later hotel staff Ahmed knocked our door and gave us two big portions of welcome drink. Of our 12-day trips in Egypt, Basma is the most welcoming and comfy hotel we have stayed. When staying in the Executive Club wing you may also use the facility/restaurants in the main Basma Hotel slightly down the hill. The hotel is also near to the Nubian Museum. Overall it's a great hotel and deserves more stars if not already 5-stars.
